We are pleased to announce a new series of training courses.  These one or two day courses take place at our Lisburn premises and are suitable for both beginners and intermediates.

Levelling - This course is designed to give land surveyors, site engineers and others in the construction industry a good basic knowledge of modern levels and levelling techniques.  The course is taught using Topcon Automatic and Laser Levels and is a practical course with half the session spent outside.

Total Stations - This course is designed to give land surveyors, site engineers and others in the construction industry a good basic knowledge of modern total stations.  The course is taught using Topcon 7000 series and 9000 robotic series total stations and is a practical course with half the session spent outside.

Land Survey Techniques - This course is designed to give beginners or those wishing to retrain a good basic knowledge of commonly used land surveying techniques and equipment.  The course is taught using Topcon Total Stations and Levels and is a practical course with half the session spent outside.

Survey Grade GPS - This course is designed to give land surveyors, site engineers and others in the construction industry a good basic knowledge of modern GNSS equipment.  The course is taught using Topcon Hiper, and Topcon GR3 series GPS and is a practical course with half the session spent outside.
 
Underground Utility Detection - This course is designed to give candidates a good knowledge of modern underground utility cable detection equipment and methods.  The course is taught using EziCAT 100 and 200 series scanners and is a practical course with half the session spent outside.  It is suitable for beginners as well as more experienced users.

The new AT-B range of levels has been designed to replace the range of Topcon AT-G levels. Utilising an endless horizontal drive and dual speed focus adjustment to quickly change from coarse to fine focusing on to the object to be levelled, the AT-B range is able to focus to a minimum of 300mm… ideal for use in confined areas.

With superior water proofing properties, easy to read horizontal circle (degrees or gons) for specific directional turning, these levels are intended for use by land surveyors, civil engineers and contractors.

There are three models available in the AT-B line up: the AT-B2, AT-B3 and AT-B4 models, all of which share a common IPX6 environmental rating. With the IPx6 rating, the instrument is protected against powerful water jets from all directions, meaning the AT-B series withstands a sudden shower or torrential rainfall. The advanced protection design not only prevents water penetration, but also deters clouding or condensation inside the telescope.
